Authenticity, confirmed by documents
Every product you buy is handed over in the manufacturer's original, untouched packaging. For implants and expanders the serial number is stated in your delivery documents — so you can confirm the product's authenticity with the manufacturer at any time and make full use of your warranty rights. Documents and warranty cards are handed over together with the order; electronic copies remain in your personal account and can be downloaded at any time. Products bought through unofficial channels may lose their warranty; with us every purchase is accompanied by official documents — which also matters for patient safety, insurance and medical records.
Official distribution
Products are brought directly from the manufacturers; they hold CE (European Union) certificates and are also officially registered with certificates by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
